“Upon meeting Renae I found her to be professional, experienced, knowledgeable and prepared. This was a sale that Probate needed to approve. Renae inspected the condo provided recommendations for repairs, recommended contractors, and changes for best showing. She developed a sales plan and documents that included Probate requirements. She met all commitments and adjusted appropriately when buyers and Probate Court necessitated a change. She tracked buyers contingencies, worked with HOA manager and me to meet them, and communicated with buyers agent as they were satisfied. Nice job. She responded to any issue immediately. Renae was present at Probate Court to support the sale, was questioned by the Judge, and accurately represented the sale. At closing she facilitated resolving issues raised by the buyer that were not her responsibility to solve. Closing occurred once they were resolved. On a personal note, I found Renae to be collaborative. Meaning with all her knowledge and experience she could have taken a "telling" approach as my experience in this arena is limited. Instead she asked a lot of questions, offered suggestions and recommendations, listened to my thoughts and offered alternatives, explained her logic, and let me decide. I felt like being helped by a consultant, proficient in their field, respected by her peers, and was flexible and adaptable. I would add that Renae is patient but committed to our schedule. She followed up quickly and often to meet scheduled commitments. Also, she was very quick to respond. Timely does not accurately reflect how responsive Renae is. Quick, within an hour generally is a better descriptor. I would add that I found Renae to be a excellent listener. What I mean is she listens to what is being said, hears the message, understands, states her agreement or offers alternatives, and does not forget.”
